I acknowledge that, in order to process this cancellation request, Jachin 333 Pty Ltd must be listed as my tax agent on the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) Tax Agent Portal. This means they will temporarily become my tax agent by default.
I understand that Jachin 333 Pty Ltd does not provide other taxation services, such as Business Activity Statement (BAS) preparation or tax return lodgements. Once my ABN cancellation request has been completed, they will remove my details from their tax agent portal unless I request further services.
